Make your way to the objective marker and enter the alley to find three Wellies working on a broken pipe. You'll be told to go away if you're not wearing a Boiler Suit, so equip one and return to trigger another scene and then turn the valve on the pipe. You can now collect the Worker's Sewer Latch Key from one of the workers, equip a Gas Mask, and then enter the nearby latch.
Search the Crate nearby before heading down the stairs and then enter the locker room on the right to search the Maintenance Lockers. The fire blocks your path forward, so locate the vent in the corner of the locker room and crawl right to find some Victory Meat and then backtrack and continue to reach the other side of the fire.
Check the body of the nearby worker for a note, 'Blackberry?', and then head into the next room and examine the control panels on the right to redirect the Motilene. Check another worker's body for a memo, 'Electric Artwork', and then continue down the hall and check one of the desks for a note on 'Endochronic Properties'.
Press the button on the control panel to restore power and clear the air of gas and then pick the lock to the 'Flow Maintenance' room to search a Crate and collect the 'Forms..' memo. You can now backtrack to where you exited the vent, triggering a scene, and then pull the lever behind the body of the first worker to continue.
You'll need to use the bodies of the workers to stop the electrical current, so pick up the first corpse and toss it on the electric floor and then pick up the 'Victory Day' memo before doing the same thing with the second body.
On the other side, enter the room on the right and search the desk for a memo, 'Magnificent Muffins', and then pick the lock to the next room to search another Crate. You can now continue down the stairs, checking the room on the left for crafting materials, and then crawl through the vent near the fire.
Search another Crate upon exiting the vent and then continue into a large area with a Jubilator. You'll need to climb the scaffolding and jump between sections to reach another vent, which leads to the office with the three pieces of evidence:
- 'Bad Batches of Joy' on the desk near the vent
- 'Formula Adjustments' on a desk on the far side of the room
- The Municipal Utilities map, accessed by rotating the wheel
Crawl back through the vent to trigger another scene and then drop down and pull the sparking lever before hopping into the Jubilator. Simcity 5 cd key generator free.
Ride the Jubilator until it stops and then exit the vehicle and head up the stairs to pull a lever. You can now return to the Jubilator and hop back inside for a wild ride.

Make your way to the front gate of the Victory Memorial Camp to trigger a scene and then head toward the bunker and keep going to find the Air Raid Shelter. You'll need to complete the Quest: The Gung Hoster to find some explosives to clear the barricade and enter the hatch.
Search the area for supplies and activate the Track Access Hatch and then head into the bathroom to find Ollie's Memory - Quits. You can now climb up the other ladder in the Safe House to enter the Military Camp.
You should be familiar with this area thanks to Arthur's campaign, so carefully enter the camp and eliminate the soldiers outside the Generator Room and Depot, searching the Depot for supplies, and then continue to the Canteen to find the Book: Clean Plate Award and 'Poems' on the floor.
Exit the Canteen for a scene and head left along the path, toward the Training Yard, and then wait for the patrols to exit the Training Yard before you sneak inside and hide in the grass to the left. Wait for an opening to safely leave the Training Yard into a barracks area next to the Canteen, filled with tents, and carefully circle around the area while searching the tents.
Re-enter the Training Yard on the other side of the barracks and then the Training Yard once again to reach the main road. If you head left, you'll find yourself near the Generator Room and can follow the right side of the building to sneak up on the soldier outside the Armory.
Once the area is clear, pick the lock to the Armory and collect all the goodies inside and then head toward the tower, skirting the area to avoid the lights, to reach another barracks area. Eliminate the soldiers in the area and check the tents for supplies and then continue straight to General Byng's office for a scene.
Head around the back of General Byng's office and hide in the tall grass near the Officer's Quarters and then pick the lock to enter the building when it's safe. Once inside, collect the numerous crafting materials and a Random Book on a bookshelf and then exit and head toward the objective marker to takedown Col. Cheeseman for General Byng's Office Key.
You can now enter General Byng's Office to trigger a scene before backtracking to the Canteen and then speak with the cook to leave the Military Camp and complete this quest.
